The new neighborhoods at Millenia were honored with major awards for architecture and design at the San Diego Building Industry Association’s Icon Awards and the SoCal Awards, honoring the best in Professional Achievement, Sales, Marketing and Design throughout Southern California.
Significantly – in both competitions – Meridian Communities’ Evo, Trio and Metro neighborhoods were honored as the “Attached Community of the Year.”
